Mission Statement
Our mission is to unite the community for the assessment of human needs and the delivery of appropriate services.
Vision Statement
To position the United Way system to become proactive in enabling volunteers, agencies and community groups to become increasingly involved in resolving community problems.
Over-Riding Goal
The United Way of Southwest Louisiana is about improving the quality of life in our community one citizen, one family, one neighborhood at a time. We understand that our role is an important one, but it also requires coordination with other organizations in the five-parish area. As we accomplish our mission with the help of many, we know we are meeting the expectations of others. |
